Altatech Limited

We check whether the numbers in a published report agree with each other.

We read annual and quarterly reports as filed on SEC EDGAR and recompute selected printed figures. When two figures that should agree do not, we tell the company where they are and what each one says.

What a check covers

We check selected figures, not every number in the report.

What it is not

It is not an audit, a review, or accounting or legal advice, and we are not an accounting firm. We do not say that a difference is an error. There may be a reason we cannot see from the published document. We show the place and both values so that you can decide.

How it is done

The work is done with automated analysis, including AI models. Before anything is sent, each reported difference is recomputed a second time, independently, against the filed document. We use only documents the company itself has published.

If you received an email from us

We looked at your filing on our own initiative and sent you what we found, at no charge. You do not owe us anything.

If the email offered a check of another recent report, reply to it and we will send that check within two business days, also at no charge.

If you would rather not hear from us, reply "no thanks" and we will not write again.

Who we are

Altatech Limited performs independent numerical consistency checks of published reports.
